Man charged after fatal collision in Caterham

A man has been charged after a fatal collision in Caterham on Sunday 9 June.

Christopher Latham, 37 (DOB 01/03/1987), from London, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and failing to stop at the scene of a collision.

He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Guildford Magistrates Court today, 13 June.
